Has anyone deployed Arista CVP (recently) on EVE-NG Bare Metal?

Hi there everyone,

I'm new to EVE-NG and apologize if this is documented somewhere already. I have read the older documentation from Arista but it's outdated and didn't work the last time I tried it. I'd love to run the latest version of CVP in an EVE-NG lab that has many vEOS images running through ZTP. Has anyone gotten this working with a current version like 2023.2.0?

Alternatively, I'm thinking I'll build an OOB Management interface on all vEOS instances and give those interfaces a way out of the lab and into my home network. From there I can install CVP on a VM on another machine but I'd rather have it all in EVE if possible.

As far as I know, the interface will change slightly for 2023.2.0 drift boss

Thank you for the info! Turns out it wasn't as hard as I thought. So far I have:

Downloaded latest version of CVP in KMZ format
extracted the qcow2 files and copied them to EVE server
Named the directory "cvp-2023-3-0" and renamed the qcow files to hda and hdb
fixed permissions
Added a CVP node to my lab with the settings shown in this post
Powered on the VM and grabbed the console
Ran the CVP setup for single node
Now I'm just watching the console while it builds/runs

Now I have to learn how to connect it to my LAN so I can https to it and use the GUI so you'll probably see more posts from me trying to learn about that!
