Telnet

After running EVE-NG Win-Client package I am still unable to TELNET to the router, I get connection refused can you please HELP. I am running Win-10 with VM Workstation 14

use google account or create new chat account to join.
I believe some silly mistake done if you cant telnet to nodes.
I hope router is in running state
