How to Reflect OS to VM?

We have an option for Vmware as we know ReflectHost paramater.
If we add 'SMBIOS.reflectHost = TRUE' parameter to .VMX file, Vmware reflects host into to VM machine.
The benefit is VM thinks running on physical host.
The question is how can we do that in our labs? I couldn't successed.
