Anyone with ostinato-0.8 UI application for windos, kindly share with me.
I have ostinato-0.8 drone running on my eve-ng lab, but need the GUI to use on windows 10.

You had answered already, no need post this twice.
Ostinato GUI you can get from their web page for couple USD.
