Feature Request - Some kind of SPAM or "B.S." filter, maybe?

This request concerns the forum only.
- I'm a Licensed Eve Pro user. I know nothing about the mechanics of Forum design other than how to search and post. That being said, This Feature Request is out of legitimate concern for my whole concept of:
"I want to think that the resource of support/community for my product - is not the same resource Randy Rando (name made up) thinks he can use to publish bullsh^t trash links, spam posts, etc." (it should be obvious the type of posts to which I'm referring as they stand out like motor oil on a wedding gown .)
Is there a way to filter the spam/trash/BS out before it pollutes the forum - or- is this a matter of me not having any clue as to how the internet works?
