Remove the server that does not join the cluster?

Can I ask the command to remove a server that does not join the cluster or is there a way to reinstall it?

What I mean is after the satellite server leaves the cluster model, what should be done to make that satellite server access eve-ng by web (I have removed the satellite server from the cluster model but have web access to it can't again)
