please make docker network configurable for EVE-PRO

Running EVE Pro in a controlled environment where I have to be on a 172.17.0.0/16 subnet and therefore docker automatically chooses a different /16 and EVE does not work with it as the 172.17.0.0/16 is hardcoded. It would be extremely beneificial to have this be configurable.
