Unable run images in EVE-NG deployed inside ESXI host

Hello team ,
I am having an issue. I have deployed esxi host into VMware Player 16 and inside the esxi host I am running Eve-ng. I have problem to run images.
I have tried deploy several images without success.
For example Cisco ISE:
1. Copied to qemu directory
2. Renamed to cdrom.iso
3. Created the virtual disk
Once I run a new lab and try to get ISE inside it is grey in the offer.
I have enabled option "Virtualized Intel VT-x/EPT" for ESXI inside VMware Player and also " Expose hardware assisted virtualization to the guest OS " for EVE-NG inside the ESXI host.
Could you help me with the issue ?
