eve cluster setup failed to copy public ssh key to sat

eve cluster setup failed to copy public ssh key to sat

I am trying to get the eve ng cluster setup and im receiving the following error:

I've verified with the server team that the root password i am using is correct. what else can I check/do to get this added?

I got it working with our linux sever team. Something was messed up with the satellite. Its now connected and resources are available.
