custom template error

Hi,I follow the guide created yml and php,but when I edd node,it print error,could anyone help me?

You must read eve cookbook dear
all is diff way now
All templates for viptela are included in new eve versions
and community and pro

and follow syntax DEAR !!!
In your template is wrong NAME !
case sensitive in linux

Read cook book mate
init file as well is scred
