VNC setup on remote eve-ng server

Greetings. I have Eve-ng pro running a bare-metal server. I use a different computer on my network to log into eve-ng. While trying to log into a windows server node using VNC, I keep running into the error where the VNC viewer can't find the server.. That leads me to believe that I need to run some linux commands on the eve-ng server to have it set up as the vnc server? I looked through the cookbook, but nothing stuck out to me as far as setting up vnc server . I attached the pic to this thread
