forget the mirroring please. Its not the issue here/
Every backup is deleted now, starting fresh!
I am backing up with the ALL settings.
I can see everything is located an the FTP server, however when restoring, it only takes labs. not images, nor anything else.

Re: backup-manager
backup manager will take what you have selected!
it will not backup if your source EVE simply have not images... in /opt/unetlab/addons/

Re: backup-manager
Hello,Database-manager will not take whatever I selected.
on eve-ng PRO 5.0.1-144 working as it should. total disk space is 1.5 TB
I have images located in/opt/unetlab/addons/qemu/
root@eve-ng:~# sudo du -shc /opt/unetlab/addons/qemu/*
...
138G total
I have "Tmp" filled with +600gb of data in opt/unetlab/tmp/0/f/*
All schematic and layout are in /opt/unetlab/lab
EVE-NG 5.0.1-144 is working as it should. Perfectly- all labs!
Backup-manager is not taking everyting when selecting "ALL"
it can be done in stages, so in one backup i am selecting "LABS and Database and Image backup" next stage "Templates and Tmp"
restore in
Eve 6.2 with installed and licensed.
selecting the respective backups- it not transfere anything else that "LABS" when the Backup was done with "ALL" after 20 sec it says its done.
I have had success by restore the Img part from the partial done backup with selected "LABS and Database and Image backup", but it does not restore the "Templates and Tmp" backup.
I've noticed within the backup process there are many errors and the process leaves particial transfered files. output is
.keepme: Failed to copy: update getinfo: object not found[6;21H30[6;24HINF[6;28H [7;19Hvirtioa.qcow2: Copied (new)(B[m[40m]8;;\ [8;24H(B[m[37;40m]8;;\ERR[8;28HR[8;56H(B[m[40m]8;;\ [9;4H(B[m[37;40m]8;;\winserver-2[9;16H2[9;19H.keepme: Failed to copy: update getinfo: object not found[10;22H2[10;24HINF[10;28H [10;56Hise-3.2.0.542a/[11;4Hcdrom.iso: Copied (new)(B[m[40m]8;;\ [12;24H(B[m[37;40m]8;;\ERR[12;28HR[12;56H(B[m[40m]8;;\ [13;4H(B[m[37;40m]8;;\winserver-2019/.keepme: Failed to copy: update getinfo: object not found[14;56Hwindows iso/.keepme: [15;4HFail[15;9Hd to copy:
We have been here before. I was asked to change my windows ftp server to an linux one. So I've changed from Rebex sftp to Linux ALMA VSFTPD server. A linux standard ftp/sftp server. It seems to me your backup-manager has problems with warious ftp servers. Ftp servers that have no problems with transfere everything in these folders with filezilla or winscp.
So I've done this, and I am transfereing them manuel.
One question though. The database.gz file, in not in any folder on the target server 6.2, there is an evedb.gz file located in /opt/unetlab/
Is this the database file, and should it be renamed? how do I restore this file manual?
*edit* as expeted the manuel upload of files can be done, however the labs dont work.
How can I escalate this backup/restore issue?
