Upgrade from version 2.0.3-110 to 6.2.0-4 ?

Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

Hi,

I tried to upgrde from my old 2.0.3-110 eve-ng CE to the last one .... The usual upgrde procedure failed.... Is there any other documents/procedures please ?

Impossible, you waited too long time, version 2.0.3 was Ubuntu 16 based which is end of life.
You have single option copy out labs and images, then install fresh EVE V6, load labs and images.
